Summer and fall are busy at Harrisburg Weightlifting Club and Rose Performance, so here are a few updates

Every dollar helps our athletes offset the costs of travel, lodging, entry fees, and competition expenses.

Many of our athletes will be representing HWC at the USA Weightlifting National Championships in Colorado Springs later this month, and your support helps make those opportunities possible.

We truly appreciate every purchase, donation, share, and referral.

Our remaining HWC National Team will be traveling to Colorado Springs for the USA Weightlifting National Championships, with competition running June 20 through June 28.

This is the biggest national event of the year and represents months—and in many cases years—of hard work from our athletes. We are proud to have athletes representing our club on the national stage and appreciate everyone who has supported them along the way.

A total of 15 HWC athletes qualified: 2 already competed, 10 more head to Colorado Springs, and 3 had scheduling conflicts that prevented them from going.

Good luck to all of our lifters. Trust your training, stay focused, and enjoy the experience.

We don't believe in cutting corners when it comes to athlete development. The same applies to coaching. If you're serious about becoming a better coach, these courses are a great place to start.

While our Sport Performance Program is full, the Harrisburg Weightlifting Club Competition Team is always accepting new members.

Whether you're brand new to Olympic Weightlifting or looking to compete at the local, national, or international level, we'd love to help you reach your goals.

Our team includes youth, teenagers, adults, masters athletes, national champions, world champions, and first-time competitors.

If you've ever wanted to learn the Snatch and Clean & Jerk or compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting, now is a great time to get started.
