HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This boot camp type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 30 minute classes hit every major muscle group, giving you a full body workout every time. No experience necessary. Suitable for every fitness level, and movements can be scaled to the level of ability.

Every class is capped at 10 participants. Try a class for $10 each, or monthly memberships are available. 3 classes per week for $59/month, or 5 classes per week for $69/month. Discounts available for couples/families.
