Camps for Baseball/Softball players, Basketball/Soccer players, and Multisport athetes. For ages 11-15, male and female. Learn correct weightlifting form, go through conditioning workouts, and perform speed/agility/jumping/rotational drills to help you stand your ground better, kick harder, hit further, throw harder, move quicker, jump higher, run faster, and better avoid injury. Our strength and conditioning program is designed to help make you a faster, stronger, and more explosive athlete.
Included in your camp registration is a t-shirt, and a 1 month training program to be administered at our facility, during our open training hours, under our coaching supervision, immediately following the camp conclusion.
These camps are instructed by Head Coach Dan Rose. Coach Dan has been training athletes in Harrisburg and the greater Charlotte area since 2013, and works with every level of athlete. Athletes under his coaching supervision include elementary school, middle school, high school, collegiate, and Professionals. He is also a National Coach through USA Weightlifting, the governing body for the sport of Weightlifting in the Olympics. He is the head coach of the Harrisburg Weightlifting Club, where multiple National Champion, and National medalist weightlifters train.
These camps will be capped at 10 participants for each camp, to insure everyone gets plenty of quality instruction. Registration is first come, first served, and is non-refundable once registration closes.
